Qualified for demanding work
Callum and the team hold an extensive range of City and Guilds NPTC qualifications covering aerial tree pruning, aerial rescue, tree rigging and chainsaw operation. These include Level 3 awards in aerial tree work and the felling and processing of larger trees, alongside qualifications in wood-chipper operation, powered pole pruning and emergency first aid. Combined with full insurance, this practical training enables the team to undertake demanding work at height using appropriate equipment, controlled techniques and established industry working practices.
Tree and land management
We offer a broad range of tree and land-management services, including tree inspections, pruning and shaping, crown cleaning, dead-wooding, branch removal, tree felling, stump grinding, shrub and hedge removal, site clearance, planting and replacement, and disease or pest management. Our emergency call-out service is also available for storm-damaged trees, fallen branches and unstable trees requiring prompt attention. From caring for a single garden tree to preparing land for construction or redevelopment, every service is tailored to the site and the customer's plans.
Responsible tree care
Responsible tree care is central to our work. Wherever practical, we look for ways to preserve healthy trees, encourage balanced growth and support biodiversity. When removal is the safest or most appropriate option, Callum and the team can use controlled rigging and sectional-felling techniques to protect nearby people, buildings and landscaping. We clear away branches, leaves and other debris after completing the work and can advise customers about Tree Preservation Orders, conservation areas and other permissions that may apply.
Firewood and friendly advice
Alongside our tree-care services, we supply and deliver firewood for homes across Preston, Lancashire and Cumbria. Available options include kiln-dried and seasoned logs, bulk orders, custom-sized cuts and scheduled or emergency deliveries.
